GAPP The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) provides specialized medical services to Medicaid-eligible medically fragile children and young adults under age 21 based on a medical necessity determination. This type of care is designed to meet the unique needs of pediatric patients, offering a range of services to promote their health, well-being, and recovery from illness or medical conditions.
Skilled Nursing Care
Our Skilled nursing care for in-home patients involves the provision of medical and nursing services by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse professionals in the comfort of the patient's home. This type of care is prescribed by a physician and is suitable for individuals who require more specialized and advanced medical attention than what can be provided by non-medical caregivers.
Adult Companion Care
Our Adult companion care involves providing emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities for adults who may be experiencing isolation, loneliness, or difficulty managing certain tasks due to age, illness, or other challenges.
Personal Care Assistance
Our Personal care assistance involves providing support and assistance with various activities of daily living to individuals who may have difficulty performing these tasks independently due to age, disability, illness, or other challenges. These activities can include personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, as well others needing assistance with mobility, toileting, eating and other daily tasks
Therapeutic Services
In collaboration with therapists and specialists, we provide a range of therapeutic services for all ages including physical, occupational, speech, music and animal-assisted therapy tailored to everyone’s needs.
Recovery & Respite Care
Our R&R (Rest & Relax) care focuses on creating a healing and supportive environment, assisting individuals in regaining their strength, independence, and overall well-being after an illness, surgery or medical procedure. Whether recuperating from a medical event or offering a caregiver the opportunity to take a break to tend to their own well-being, Recovery & Respite Care aims to enhance the overall quality of life for those involved
K-12 Student Health Services
Healthcare support in an educational setting of private and public schools could that involve school nurses providing basic medical care, managing health records, and supporting students with health-related needs.
